Ingredients
- sufficiently olive oil classic (non-Virgin)
- 100 grams spaghetti
- pinch salt (if you can use sea salt)
- 3 cloves garlic
- pinch pepper
- sufficiently tabasco / jalapeno / chilli flakes (depending on your tastes and the level of spiciness)
- pinch parsley
- 50 gram porcos smoked ham / smoked bacon (the number could be more depending on taste)
Cooking Steps
- Cook in a pot of water that is high enough to boil.
- Put in spaghetti and maintain all parts submerged, cook approximately 7-8 minutes depending on the desired level aldente.
- Rain spaghetti and flush with cold water and then pour a little olive oil.
- Rough chopped garlic.
- Cut large enough Porcos about 25 grams of smoked bacon / smoked ham.
- Pour enough olive oil into the pan.
- Light a fire with medium strength high.
- Put in garlic and cook briefly (do not change in brown color).
- Add salt, pepper, parsley, and chili / tabasco / jalapeno.
- Put in spaghetti that was boiled before.
- Saute all together briefly.
- Serve on a plate and at the top can be put another 25 grams Porcos smoked bacon / smoked ham.
